My Husband Doesn’t Do it For Me Anymore
My Husband Doesn’t Do it For Me Anymore now what? I’m married and this is for life and he just doesn’t do it for me anymore. I really need him to do it for me because I am sick of doing it by myself. I need him to pick things up. I need him to help me. I need him to do it without asking. I need him to take it to the next level!

What I mean is he doesn’t help keep the house clean. He doesn’t get the laundry done. He doesn’t organize any of the family’s appointments. He basically believes he should come in the house and have it done for him. He used to open the car doors and help cook the meals. He used to know where the vacuum is and understand how the mop works.He used to do it for me.
This is a conversation that occurs in a woman’s head. It isn’t one that occurs in my house because my husband does all of the chores for me and with me. We believe that running the house and all that comes with being partners bears joint responsibilities. He actually enjoys cleaning. I think it is because he gets a sense of accomplishment or it could be because it stops my complaining that everything is always a mess. I do suggest that you talk to your husband and tell him how you feel he doesn’t read minds and he isn’t going to clean up unless you ask.

I guess I am pretty lucky too. My husband will clean for me if I ask him. Though he does expect me to do a lot since I am a stay at home wife. When I do have a a problem I ask him to help and he usually does.
