Toll House Pan Cookie Recipe
I will admit that I love a good cookie. What is better than one cookie? How about a pan of cookies. This is the truth I love the idea of baking cookies and I make a sheet or two and then I am over it. The getting up every ten minutes. I decided why not have our cookie and eat it too? The toll house pan cookie recipe.
The recipe is theirs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts <—– I take this out because my kids can’ t have nuts
You simply combine all the dry ingredients in one place and the wet in another bowl and then you mix them in together.
and my favorite part is adding in the tollhouse chips!
I will admit that I love to bake. I take out the cookie sheets and after two sheets I am over it. I decided one day to instead stick 50% of the batter into a skillet. I had seen the image on pinterest. I did and it worked. This is my new way to make cookies.
You will need a lightly coated skillet. I use a cooking spray. Then turn on the oven to 350 degrees and pop that skillet in. It usually takes about 15 minutes. I put it in 50% of the batter. I allow for room to spread out. I mean you can’t mess up cookies. They are so easy to make and these taste so good!
