How to make Edible Nailpolish

 

Want to learn How to make edible Nailpolish? It’s actually really easy and fun! This would be a great project for a birthday party, sleep over, or even a bachelorette  party! My little girl is constantly chewing on her nail polish so I decided to see if I could make it look good, and not hurt her! You put it on the same way your would regular nailpolish, and it comes off like regular nail polish! I’ve had it on for a little over a day now, and it’s still there, and still tastes good! 

Here is how to make Edible Nailpolish:

 

Step 1: Choose your color! I chose purple so it would be nice and dark, empty the contents of a single Koolaid pack into a small cup.

 

Step 2: Add WARM water, it has to be warm or it will not work! Mix well.

 

Step 3: With a clean nailpolish brush paint your nail with your Koolaid mixture! You will want to do this while it is still warm. Be careful because it can stain your skin, especially the darker colors!

 

Step 4: Let dry completely, then give it a taste!

 

Wasn’t that simple? It would make a fun party game for kids and adults alike, and looks pretty good if I do say so myself!  This would also be great for holidays and sports teams! I love that I can paint my little girls nails without worrying about what is in it! If you try it in a different color, let me know how it turns out!
