Uncorked Ventures Wine Club Review

Wine! Who doesn’t love Wine right!? My husband works night, so when we get a chance to spend an evening together it’s something special to me. So when I was given the chance to try out some wines from Uncorked Ventures I was super thrilled! Nothing goes better with a home cooked meal with my husband, than a good wine! Uncorked Ventures is an awesome wine club that offers 3 different monthly subscriptions for any budget! I was sent 2 bottles of wine (1 White, 1 Red) which was offered in the Exploration Wine Club which is super affordable at only $40 a shipment! 

So what did I think of the Uncorked Ventures Wine Club?

 

I love white wine, so I wanted to try out the Lo Triolet Pinot Gris which is a 2009 wine from Acosta Valley, Italy. This wine was smooth and sharp, and really had a great flavor to it! We had this wine with an Italian dinner (which is only fitting right!?) and it really paired well with the pasta. I would buy this wine again!

 

The Red Wine we got to try out was the Le Tigre 2010 from Thomas Alexander Wines. I am normally not a red wine drinker, but I have to say, I didn’t mind this one! I had to look up what food pairings worked best with red wine, and decided to go with pizza! (Because we are classy like that!) It really worked well with the tomato sauce on the pizza, and was also my husbands favorite wine!
