I love halloween food recipes for kids. I think the magic of the holiday is creating normal food and making it just plain seasonally fun. We take on the holiday by creating Gross Halloween Food Ideas. This meatloaf is so incredibly tasty. It is actually a recipe that freezes exceptionally well you can view the normal freezer ready Easy Mexican Meatloaf.
Halloween Food Recipes For Kids
2lbs of ground beef
2 cups of crushed corn chips
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup of salsa
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup of taco seasoning
Decorations These are optional
Red Onion
Green Pepper
red pepper
Yellow or orange pepper
bacon
In a bowl combine all of these ingredients
2lbs of ground beef
2 cups of crushed corn chips
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup of salsa
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup of taco season in and mix them.
Then form a head like shape.
You will then want to wrap it in bacon and decorate it with your optional items
Cook at 350 degrees. Cook for 1 hour or until the center is cooked and not bleeding. Think of this as a big hamburger. I like mine medium so that is how I cook my meat loaf.
