Super Easy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe
Summer will be here before you know it! For work at home moms like me, that means I’ll have another little mouth to feed during lunch time, so my usual lunch of cheese and crackers, or the muffin I never finished at breakfast just isn’t going to cut it. So I needed to think of some recipes that are easy to make, quick to prepare (because just because my child is off during the summer doesn’t mean I am!), and something we would both enjoy. What is better than a cold pasta salad on a hot summer day? Not much I tell you! And this Super Easy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe has quickly become a favorite in my house, so I wanted to share!
Here is how to make my Super Easy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe:
You Will Need:
- 1 Box Gluten Free Pasta
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bag romaine lettuce
- Caesar Dressing
- Optional: Croutons or other salad toppings
Step 1: Cook your pasta salad according to package directions. Place in the fridge.
Step 2: While your pasta is cooling, cook your chicken. Shred and add to your pasta salad.
Step 3: Add your lettuce and dressing to your Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe. Mix it all together and place in the fridge. Let chill for about an hour and then serve cold!
