Happy 2016 ya’ll! Who is ready for a brand new year!? I know I am! Now that the holiday season is over, it’s time to get back to work, which for me means coming up with fun posts to share with you guys! As bloggers we are always looking ahead, which means that it’s Valentine’s Day central in my house this week! I’m getting crafty, loving, and cooking up some sweet treats that you guys are going to love! My first creation was this 3 ingredient Raspberry Pomegranate Jello Treat! I just thought this was SO adorable and it tastes awesome. Cupid would approve. Would you like to learn how to make it? Let’s check it out!
Here is how to make my Raspberry Pomegranate Jello Treat:
You Will Need:
- 1 pack Raspberry Jello
- 1 tub Whipped Cream
- Pomegranate Seeds
Instructions:
First, make your jello according to package instructions. Mix together in a bowl while water is still hot.
Then, add your tub of whip cream (reserve about 1/4) to your jello mix. Whisk to mix together.
Then, find some cute glasses (I’ve always love serving treats in champagne flutes, makes it so fancy ha) and pour your jello and whipped cream mix in and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Top with your remaining whip cream and sprinkle with pomegranate and serve cold!
It’s that simple! A little time and only 3 ingredients and you have a perfect Valentine’s Day treat! Enjoy!

We love pomegranate seeds too and always just eat them plain. This would be a great recipe to use them.
