You Will Need:
- 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tsp Corn Starch
Instructions for making these Easy Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies:
Step 1: First, find yourself a super cute assistant! My daughter is always thrilled to come in the kitchen with me and whip up some yummy treats. In a bowl mix together your cake mix, butter, and eggs. Your batter will be thick!
Step 2: In another bowl combine your powdered sugar and corn starch. Mix to combine. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Step 3: Take spoonfuls of your batter and drop them in your powered sugar mixture. Coat them evenly and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
Step 4: Using something with a flat bottom (a cup works great!) gently press your batter balls down. Bake your red velvet crinkle cookies on 375 for 9-11 minutes or until set.
Once your cookies have cooled, enjoy! These Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies are SO moist, yummy, and pretty much awesome. I hope you enjoy them as much as we did!
