How to make Jelly Bean Bark Recipe
In a microwave-safe bowl Melt the Almond Bark according to package directions and stir until smooth. This is something you can do with your kids you just handle the heating part. They can handle the stirring.
Pour into a 13×9 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Evenly distribute the Jellybeans over the melted bark, press lightly to make sure they are set and don’t fall out as easily when you break the bark apart. If you want to make it more fun you can add food coloring before you add the jellybeans. I have even let me kids add sprinkles. I mean what is better than adding more sugar to a sugary treat?
Let set at room temperature at least 1 hour.
Gently break into desired size pieces working from the corners inward.
Store in an airtight container. I highly doubt they will last long but they do make a cool treat and a way to make your table even more festive. You can substitute the jelly beans for other candies for events like birthdays, bridal showers, and even a baby shower.
