Chicken Ranch Sliders Recipe
Chicken Ranch Sliders Recipe
At 2:30pm today it will be the official start of summer in our home! It’s my favorite time of year. As a WAHM I get the luxury of spending the summer hanging out with my daughter. This means days of playing at the park, staying up late to play Mario Kart together, and making lunches together. This also means that my usual lunch of peanut butter and crackers just isn’t going to cut it. So I’ve started meal planning and thinking of things that are quick, easy, and that we will both like.
My daughter loves all things in mini form. Maybe it’s because she has such little hands, ha! One of her favorite recipes is my Chicken Ranch Sliders. Even though these sliders are tiny, they are full of flavor and is sure to be a family favorite. Bonus, they only take about 20 minutes to make from start to finish. I very recently started cooking with ground chicken and I have found that I like it SO much better than ground beef. It’s lighter, leaner, and takes on more of the flavor of the things you put in it. Let’s check out how to make these Chicken Ranch Sliders shall we?
Here is how to make my Chicken Ranch Sliders:
You Will Need:
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Ranch seasoning
Step 1: In a bowl combine all of your ingredients. Mix well until all is Incorporated. You can also add salt and pepper seasoning as you like.
Step 2: Form patties out of your mix.
Step 3: Now it’s time to get to cooking! There are a couple of ways you can do this. I personally love cooking on my George Forman Grill. You could also bake these in the oven or on the skillet.
Step 4: Grill until internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees.
Step 5: Grab some buns! (Or go super healthy and grab some lettuce leaves!) and dress your Chicken Ranch Sliders! I like mine with a little arugula, sharp white cheddar, and a little extra ranch on top. Yum!
I hope you enjoyed this recipe!

I have never cooked ground chicken before, but I have been seeing recipes for chicken burgers and it has made me really want to give it a try. This is one of the easiest recipes I have seen so I believe this will be my first try.

Well they do look good in the picture. I am not a fan of Ranch myself. I guess I could substitute any flavor of a seasoning packet and it would work just fine.
